Oh Friday, how I love thee! I'm one day closer to the weekend, release day & my much needed vacation! Anyway, I'm back today continuing the theme of focusing on previously released stamp sets & products available from Uniko Studio for a little refresher for existing & NEW followers!
Today, I decided to use Decorative Doilies - The Hands Of Time. This set was designed along with Time and Extra Time but I kept it back for a later release. The doilies are created from clock hands which I seem to have a real fascination for!
This is not your normal looking doily set, while it does have a couple of linear stamps which have a lot of detail it has the solid bold stamps too. Perfect for CAS card makers & layerlicious distress card makers & also scrapbookers alike!
This first card uses one of the linear stamps contained in the set. I decided to use the current Freshly Made Sketch for my card layout seen HERE and below and also the current ColourQ challenge colours seen HERE and below.
I stamped the doilies so that there would be enough to add some colour but enough to keep plenty of white space. I used Copic markers to colour the doilies in and added a few rhinestones for a touch of bling!
So after this card I was on a roll and made this one for the current Moxie Fab World Minty Fresh Challenge HERE.
A super simple card layout with a white heat embossed doily stamped over a mat layer adhered with foam adhesive. This took only minutes to make and I can see a nice gift set collection in an array of pastel shades happening to sell at Designers Marketplace in December!
Like the Time & Extra Time sets Decorative Doilies - The Hands Of Time have a digital patterned paper collection available from the website HERE and seen below...
I used a selection of the papers contained to make this card...
I trimmed & created simple banners/ribbons using 3 papers and cut out 2 doily flowers from one of the papers. The sentiment is from FONTiments - Birthday. I stamped a couple of the smaller doilies from the stamp set in SU! colours contained in the collection...
So, how about a few projects from when these products were released...
This first photo is a close up of a card using the same stamp & process of Copic colouring asin the first card I shared today. I just love the colours so had to share!
This one uses a bit of Rock 'n' Roll, in a lovely summery colour combo to spread a bit of cheer! My last card today uses the digital paper collection...
I hope you've enjoyed todays product focus?! I'll be back tomorrow for the next instalment! Thanks for stopping by.
