Clean & Simple with a SPLASH of Colour

Hey!

Happy Wednesday, WOW yesterday was a scorcher indeed and it was nice to be in the studio where it was nice & cool! It's a lot cooler today but still a lovely summers day :)

I've a couple of cards to share with you today using a crisp colour combination that CAS - Colours & Sketches Blog HERE and seen below challenged us to use...

I decided to use the colours in a minimalistic way for my first card and I'm pleased how it turned out...

I used Flower Power #2 combined with Natures Treasures I, such a lovely combination that I keep turning to over & over!

I enjoyed the colour & stamp combination that I decided to make another card...

This time I added in some Background Builders: Chevrons for good measure and a sentiment from All Occasion Sentiments #1. I also used Chupa's Sketchbook Saturday Challenge sketch seen HERE and below for the layout of my card.

That's all from me today, but I will be back tomorrow along with the Uniko Studio Design Team for the non release month clear stamp set revisited blog hop! I'd love you to pop by and hop along with us & as usual the featured set is up for grabs or if you already own it an alternative prize to the same value.

Until tomorrow... thanks for stopping by.

  6. Love your beautiful cards, they look perfect stamped in our colours this week. I can't decide whether I like the LIM one or the second one best - but I do love those zigzags- very retro, just like the colours. Thanks for playing along with the colour challenge at CC&S this week
