Lucky Green

Hey!

Firstly, thank you to all of you for your kind comments & best wishes yesterday, they really mean a lot to me :)

Today I am back with a card using my favourite lucky green, Lucky Limeade from Stampin' Up! I'm not a big lover of the colour green when it comes to card making, but it has grown on me over the years and I have to say this shade is so vibrant and happy.

This card was inspired by the current challenge over at The Card Concept HERE and seen below. When I saw the inspiration photo I first thought of Pure Florals: Chrysanthemum for this card (maybe next time), but then changed my mind and decided to do some stamp building using the small & large leaves from Flower Power #6.

The sentiment is from All Occasion Sentiments #3, I can never have enough thank you cards! Here is a close up of the stamp building using the leaves...

Clean and simple plus short & sweet from me today! I'll be back tomorrow with a new TIME OUT Challenges card, so until then, thank you for stopping by today :)

Feeling Square!

Hey & Happy Weekend!

I was quite productive yesterday in the studio and made a few cards to share here on the blog over the next few days. I knew I wouldn't make it into the studio to create today as weekends seem to be 'get jobs done' time! I mainly supervise & assist as I can't do much else, but I like to be involved!

Anyway, this was one of the cards I made...

I saw the current challenge over at The Card Concept HERE and below and as it used one of my favourite colours - aqua, I had to join in!

It's quite hard to see the lime colour in the photo of my card, but I promise it is there! It's been another gorgeous day here in the NE of England and considering I don't get direct sunlight in the studio it's made my photo super light!

It's been a while since I used Background Builders: Squared, so I gave it some inky love & paired it with my favourite sentiment combo, All Occasion Sentiments #2 and A Gift For You! I also added a little bit of sparkle to alternate squares that were stamped in aqua.

As my card is super CAS, I thought I'd enter it into the new challenge over at "Less is More" HERE this week, which is 'Anything Goes'.

The Uniko Studio SUMMER SALE is still on, grab yourself a bargain HERE before it ends or a set you've been after sells out!!

That's all from me today, I'll be back tomorrow with more to share. Until then, thank you for stopping by today :)

Ultra CAS!

Hey!

The card I'm sharing today is ultra Clean & Simple, it also fits the bill for a number of challenges around blogland!

I really enjoyed the sketch I used yesterday HERE from CAS(E) this Sketch! that I decided to use it again. My card is very similar to yesterdays but I kept it to all white card with a 'pop' of colour.

The next challenge if fits perfectly into is the current TIME OUT challenge seen HERE. There is still plenty of time to join in on the fun there.

And the last challenge it fits into is a one I've been following for a while but haven't had the chance to join in on until now. The Card Concept. The current challenge over at The Card Concept HERE and seen below, is to use a butterfly. Part of the challenge is to use one of the styles demonstrated by the designers. I chose Clean & Simple!

On Tuesday I announced a double GIVEAWAY one HERE on the blog & one HERE on the Uniko Studio Facebook Page. All you have to do is comment on each post to be in the chance of winning. You have until 9am Friday 4th April to comment & I will draw the winner shortly after & announce them on the blog & Facebook.

Tomorrow we have a guest designer joining us for the Uniko Studio Challenge #8 reminder, so be sure to stop by and see how the guest designer Laura has interpreted the challenge. Until then, thank you for stopping by today :)
