12 Days of Christmas Giveaways Day 7 - Pattern Building Christmas Tree

Happy Wonderful Wednesday!

Today I am back with the seventh of twelve giveaways and inspiration.  And one of my Christmas favourites, Pattern Building Christmas Tree.

This fun clear stamp set came back in stock this week, so it was only. fair it received some fresh inky love.

I love colour all year round, but even more at Christmas. All those sparkly lights and colours make me so happy. So I went with rainbow colours for my tree.

I added some simple dimension to some of the levels and added some Silver Moondust Nuvo Glitter Drops to the string of lights.

If you fancy a quick watch on how I made this card you can view it HERE on YouTube.

Before I go, the giveaway, be sure to leave a comment by 31st July 2025 for your chance to win this stamp set I've used on this card If you are the lucky winner picked randomly from comments left across Uniko’s social media and already own the products, an alternative will be offered.

Winners will be announced first week of August 2025.

12 Days Of Christmas Inspiration & Giveaways - Day 6 Christmas Pop

Hello & Happy Festive Friday

Today is Day 6 of Uniko's 12 Days Of Christmas Inspiration & Giveaways and along with the usual inspiration using today's featured product, I have some FABULOUS Festive Offers. I will get to those at the end of my post.

The product I chose to use today is the re-released Christmas Pop clear stamps. I wasn't sure I would be able to use it as stock levels have been going down fast again since my last restock. So I thought I'd better get the inspiration in before it sells out again!

I've had so much fun with this set, pairing with products that I have released since this clear stamp was first released. That it was only right I paired it with another favourite I've not used for a while, the Stencil - Layering Bauhaus Blocks

And it pairs beautifully, even if I say so myself. These colours are so fun and vibrant too. I used Parsley, Oceanside and Poppy.

To make this card using a current favourite spotlight technique, I've used it a lot recently! I ink blended the 3 layers of the stencil on two pieces of white card. I then stamped the Christmas Pop outline tree onto one of the stencilled panels and fussy cut it out.

It was then a case of applying foam tape to the tree and lining it up on the other stencilled panel so that the design matched. I finished with a sentiment from Simply Said Blocks Christmas.

I'm running a little behind with my YouTube video today, but it will be up this afternoon. Be sure to subscribe to the Uniko Channel to be notified when a new video is available.

*Edited to add, todays video is available to watch HERE.

Now for some Fabulous Festive Offers.

Firstly, FREE Worldwide Shipping minimum spend has reduced to just £30to qualify for free shipping. This is normally £75 for those outside the UK and £60 in the UK.

This is perfect for my lovely customers in the EU and Northern Ireland.

It's a busy time of year, so can take longer.

I am looking into this to try and find an option that isn't too expensive and I am attending an online event that will hopefully answer questions and give me more insight. Please stay in touch via this newsletter and Uniko socials for updates 😊

It's Beginning To Look Like... Reintroducing Christmas Pop

Hello & Happy Tuesday.

I'm super excited you've stopped by today as today is the first of FIVE product introductions for our October/November Release.

Today I am delighted to be reintroducing, Christmas Pop.

This clear stamp set originally debuted in November 2016. I can't remember when I decided to retire the set, but like a lot of things in paper crafting trends come and go. Having had a few requests I decided it should make a return and hopefully it'll be a lifer!

Another delight is we have a wonderful Guest Brand Ambassador joining us for this release. If you follow me over on Seven Hills Crafts and their blog you may be familiar with Natalia. Natalia's style of paper crafting and card making always WOWS me, so I was delighted when she said yes to creating with some Uniko stamps.

Let's have a look at what Natalia and the Brand Ambassadors have created using Christmas Pop.

I'm feeling super festive after that hop and I hope you are too.

As you can see from these fabulous festive cards Christmas Pop has a wonderful modern vibe and I think with all the stamps and stencils I've released at Uniko since this first debuted it fits in wonderfully along side them.

I know you'll be seeing more of this in the coming weeks as I crack on with my Christmas card making! I'd love to know what you think.

Until tomorrow,

Rustic Merry Christmas

Hello & Happy Thursday.

With the return of Rustic Christmas this week, after it flew off the shelves from its last restock. I thought I had better ink it up and get this idea onto a card before it sold out again!

I used a little bit of masking for this card to 'trim' off the trunk of the tree at the bottom. It's quite a sizeable focal point tree and I wanted to make sure I had some space in the lower section of my card for the sentiment. Looking at the card now, it looks like the trees are buried in a few feet of snow!

For this card I dusted off an old technique too. I used a water based marker from Stampin' Up! in Espresso to colour direct onto my stamp down the trunk of the tree and lightly across the middle of the branches. I then 'huffed' to moisten the ink before stamping. I repeated this a couple of times to get a good impression, so using my MISTI was a good idea.

I then alternated between inking the remainder of the stamp with Peacock and Artichoke to stamp the branches of the tree to complete the look. I wasn't too concerned about the colour getting on the branches and trunk as I knew the dark brown would be dominant.

As you can see I altered the height of the trees for added interest. I finished off with a white heat embossed sentiment from the stamp set. I used Espresso card for the Merry Christmas and Artichoke for the From Our Home To Yours part. Adhering them with foam tape and embellishing with a few Peacock enamel dots.

I loved how this turned out, but it's definitely not one to mass produce!

Did you see the newsletter and restocks that arrived in store yesterday? I highly recommend signing up HERE for it.

So much loveliness has returned, I just need a little more creative time to play with them all as you know how restocks inspire me!

Stencil Sunday - Ink & Flip Layering Geometric Christmas Tree

Hello & Happy Sunday

Today I thought I would share this idea I had using the newest Ink & Flip Layering Geometric Christmas Tree Stencil.

So my idea was to section the Christmas tree focal layer down the middle, having one half on a trimmed piece of card adhered using foam tape and the other right half inked onto my card base. I also wanted to add some sparkle using glitter paste, for this I used Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Moonstone over the inking. The colours I used for the Christmas Tree are Parsley and Evergreen.

The result worked out well, but with the application of glitter paste, the depth of the foam adhesive raised section isn't as prominent. In hindsight I should have used thicker foam tape.

To finish I added the 'Tis The Season sentiment from Simply Said Blocks Christmas and also a sprinkling of Poppy enamel dots. This wasn't the quickest card to make with the addition of the glitter paste, but the result was worth it.

That's all from me today, time for me to head into the kitchen and get some Sunday baking done and the roast dinner!

Have a lovely day.

Merry Monday with Rustic Christmas

 Happy Merry Monday!

Another late post from me, but I had to share this fun festive card I finished this morning. I managed to photograph it before the good light started to fade this afternoon.

I've been wanting to use both these products since they came back in stock a while back. For the Kraft card background I used the Stencil - Christmas Folk Snowflake and inked through with Wheat ink.

I then trimmed a bit off the top and bottom to adhere to a Cranberry card base before adhering my focal Christmas Tree from Rustic Christmas

I stamped the tree in Parsley ink and then added the baubles using black for the string & bow and Cranberry for the bauble. I decided to keep the front sentiment free and finished off with a simple star enamel from my stash.

A simple, yet classic Christmas card. What do you think?

What's Hot & Restocks!

Hello & Happy Friday!

I thought I would share a couple cards using some of the hot products from the last couple of weeks. Christmas seems to top the list with Pattern Building Christmas Tree and the Designer Die Sparkling Snowflake topping the list, so that's what I chose to get creative with.

First up, I decided to make a slimline card and I paired the Designer Die Sparkling Snowflake with Snowflake Serenade.

Snowflake Serenade is perfect for slimline cards and to stamp it cascading down. Here I stamped in black and heat embossed with my favourite Stardust EP. I then used two shades of Aqua Copic Markers to colour the holly leaves.

The Sparkling Snowflake die cut was cut from Aqua card I had in my off cut stash box and I used a VersaMark pen around the edges to heat emboss with the Stardust EP. I've adhered the die cut with foam adhesive, as I have the sentiment from Christmas Sentiments.

Next I wanted to give some fresh creative love to Pattern Building Christmas Tree.

It wasn't intentional at first, but it turned out to be a repeating theme of stamp & embossed elements with stamped and fussy cut elements.

I think it turned out quite fun! I used the same Stardust EP and also Nuvo Drops for the string of lights. I love the colours and slight domed effect the Nuvo Drops give.

Just the two cards from me today, but I know I will be back with more to share soon.

The other hot products are Paw Print Hearts. Sympathy cards are always a tough one and when I've looked there isn't a huge amount of pet sympathy products.

Plus, stars and geometrics in general are always a popular 'go to' for masculine cards, so it's no surprise that Background Builders Seeing Stars has been a hot product since it came back in stock.

And lastly, but by no means least our Mid Century Modern collection of products are still a popular choice. I might just have some things up my sleeve in relation to this collection, so keep your eyes peeled 😉

The following restocks are due back in the studio next week and are currently available on back order over on the website.
