Hello & Happy Thursday!
Gosh, it's a warm one here today. Though I am sure when the sun starts to go down it will cool off, I can feel Autumn in the air.
Anyway, today I have a fun technique and a video to share. YES, I have been brave and recorded a video. I am still learning and still have a few things to learn to make them pretty. But this card I made yesterday was easier to explain and demonstrate in a video.
I used BIG & BOLD Snow Clear stamps and BIG & BOLD Snow Designer Dies. Plus there is a bundle option HERE!
Hello & Happy Friday!
What a treat, another long Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK as we celebrate 🎉 the Coronation of our new King 👑 Hoping the weather holds out for those celebrating & having street parties. Our close is hoping to have a party on Monday, so 🤞🏻 the rain blows over before then!
I'm also hoping to spend more time in the studio tomorrow, while The Beans are out with grandparents. I've so many card ideas in my head that I want to make. Which leads me onto today's cards that I've been wanting to make and share since before the Designer Dies Natures Treasures II were released.
This first card uses the dies only and has lots of options.
I decided to uses strips of 'scrap' card to create a colourful focal point behind the die cut. But you could easily use a stencil, like our Wonky Stripes or even a stamped design, like one from our Background Builder collection.
For my second card today I wanted to show how the smallest leaf from the Stencil - Natures Treasures II works with the dies.
Another quick clean & simple design.
That's all the creativity I have to share with you today. But before I go, how about the winner of the Designer Dies Natures Treasures II Release Day Blog Hop, we had HERE.
Random Number Generator selected no.8 as the lucky comment...
What a sweet die set! So many great ways to use this!
Congratulations to Lucy 🎉
Please send me an email and I will reply with your £15 eGift Code to spend in store. Thank you to everyone for your lovely comments & support.
Hello & Happy Monday!
I'm back in the studio today following a lovely weekend in Port Sunlight at the Stamping Together show. It was lovely to catch up with so many of you in person again and also to meet many of you for the first time. Thank you for your support & purchases, both at the show and on the website.
Don't panic if you're coming to Stamperama in Harrogate on Sunday 30th, there is still plenty of stock of the new Designer Dies Natures Treasures II. There will be a restock of the Natures Treasures II clear stamps in a couple of weeks, but keep your eye out for some Mid Century Modern restocks this week.
Anyway, enough chat. How about some creativity, I have this card to share that I made demoing on Saturday...
I then decided to finish the card by die cutting the large solid leaf from the Designer Dies Natures Treasures II and stamping the coordinating stamp onto my base card inside the die cut. The die cut & stencilled layer is adhered using foam adhesive and the sentiment is from Simply Said Blocks.
That's all I have to share today, time to pack your lovely orders and I've some late May Release things to prepare ;)
Don't forget there is still time to hop along and comment for your chance to win HERE. Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Weekend!
Such a happy fun day, as not only am I at the Stamping Together Festival in Port Sunlight (keep an eye on my social media stories), it is also Release Day for the Designer Dies Natures Treasures II.
They are now available HERE on the website to purchase. But before you trip running over to the website, how about some more creative inspiration using them.

Hello & Happy Tuesday,
Yep, today I have a little April surprise for you with a new product release coming this Saturday 22nd April at 9am BST.
Happy Festive Friday.
The North East finally caught up with the rest of the country today, as we woke up to snow. Of course there was much delight and excitement to be walking to school in it and we have some sledging fun scheduled after school. Hopefully it'll stick around long enough!
This inspired my card today, along with the Designer Dies Winter Foliage recently coming back in stock.
I started out by softly ink blending through the Stencil - Let it Snow with Concord & 9th Aqua Sky ink. I then stamped the images from Winter Foliage & die cut with the corresponding Designer Dies Winter Foliage. My chosen sentiment is from Christmas Sentiments.
Hello & Happy Friday!
Today I thought I would share my Top 11 makes/products from the last 11 years. Which when I came up with the idea, didn't sound as difficult as it actually was 😂
Obviously I love all of the products I have designed over the past 11 years, but as I have honed my style there are some that I often reach for more over others. So, I thought it (might) be interesting for you to know.
Some of my choices might be obvious to you, especially if you have been a follower here for a long time. Others, might surprise you and then you could be thinking, but you missed off.......!
First off I'm heading back to 2014 and English Country Garden Butterflies. For me this detailed but simple illustration has stood the test of time as paper crafting and card making evolves. It is still a clear stamp set I reach for over and over again. The addition of coordinating Designer Dies in 2019 added to the versatility of this little stamp set too.
Next up is another small stamp set that has withheld the test of time and remains a firm favourite of mine, Natures Treasures II.
Next, I chose Background Blocks Cogs & Everyday Sentiments.
