Another week has passed and another CAS Colours & Sketches challenge is upon us and this week as your hostess I have another colour combination HERE and seen below to hopefully inspire you...
And this is how I decided to use it...
My creative mojo has been a little off this past week or so and I am finding it hard to create, even when I have the time to do so. I think it is waiting for a batch of new stamps to arrive ;)Anyway, I still had Natures Treasures on my desk from last weeks card and thought the images suited the colours.
I only have Old Olive in ink format and so I decided to use the Tip Toe Taupe as my card base. I stamped the large wavy foliage in VersaMark ink and used a Mama Elephant die to compliment the wavy design.
The sentiment is from Simply Said, which I stamped first and then stamped the leaf image also trying to compliment the wave of the die cut. I then finished the design off with a trio of enamel dots, a close a match as possible to Mint Macaron.
I hope that I have inspired you to play along this week and if you need a little more inspiration, be sure to head on over to the CAS Colours & Sketches blog HERE to see what the amazing Design Team and Guest Designer have created using the colours.
I look forward to seeing you in the gallery & have fun!
Hugs
