Brand Ambassador Inspiration - Love Cards

Bonjour !

Izzy here today. January is almost finished and Valentine's Day is not far so I've created three Love Cards using, among others, the Big & Bold Love stamp set.

For my first card, I decided to pair it with the Beautiful Blooms I stamp set, recently revisited by all the Brand Ambassadors (see HERE), and with the Always and Forever stamp since one of the hearts in this set has the same bloom on.

I die cut a stitched rectangle in a white card stock and I stamped the blooms in soft pink and the leaves in soft green. I flat adhered this panel on a double white card. I stamped the heart with brighter pink ink on an heavier white card stock and I fussy cut it. Then I stamped the word LOVE and I also fussy cut it. To finish I foam mounted both the word and the heart.

For my next card, I paired the Big & Bold Love set together with the Large Background Scattered Polka Heart Stamp. By the way, if you are interested, this background stamp is on sale (-50%). It's time to treat yourself before it is retired from the website.

Here I simply stamped this background in red hues on a stitched white rectangle card stock and I flat adhered this panel on a double white card.

To finish I stamped and I black heat embossed the word Love, I fussy cut it and I foam mounted it on the card.

Finally I made a shaker card. This time the Big & Bold Love stamp set is combined with the Background Blocks Scattered Hearts set.

I stamped the background in soft grey on a square of white card stock and I opened a heart window with a die. On the back I adhered a piece of clear acetate.

I stamped and I black heat embossed the word love and I fussy cut it.

To finish, I put some red sequins on a double white card, I foam mounted the panel and the word Love on top.

Et voilĂ  ! Thanks for joining me today and hopefully I've given you some inspiration for your Valentine's cards.

Have a lovely week-end and thank you so much for stopping by.

Brand Ambassador Inspiration - One Layer Love

Good morning

Anita here and today I have a trio of clean and simple, one layer cards, all with a love theme and using a selection of products.  Valentine's Day is just around the corner so I hope I can inspire you with these.

Ok, here's my first card...

I began by stamping the heart from the Always and Forever clear stamp set and then I stamped the same heart on a mask and covered up the image.  I then blended two shades of pink ink through the Scattered Polka Hearts stencil, fading it out.  To finished I stamped the sentiment in black, also from the Always and Forever stamp set, manipulating the stamp slightly to follow the curve of the heart.

My second card...

I chose a hammered card base for this one and began by stamping a selection of hearts from the Always and Forever and Big & Bold - Love stamp sets in Versamark before heat embossing in white.  I then used a technique I've not used in years, I blended the pink background against a piece of torn paper.  I then stamped more hearts in red, pink and grey and the sentiment in black, which is from the Always and Forever set.

And my final make...

I stamped the floral heart from the Always and Forever stamp set in black and then masked it off with the same mask I used for the first card.  Next I positioned the Background Blocks Scattered Hearts stamp to the top right but masked off a few of the hearts before inking and stamping.  I then repeated this in the bottom left so the hearts flowed down across the card diagonally.  The card was finished with a sentiment from the Always and Forever set.

So the above are all completely flat with just a little masking involved to create them.  Thanks for taking a look, Happy Monday and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Brand Ambassador Inspiration - Even more love...

 Bonjour !

Izzy here. First I wish you all a very Happy New Year full of love, happiness, health and a lot of craft !

To echo Steph's post (see HERE) and her cards full of love, today it's my turn to show you two cards.  They can be used for Valentine's Day, for a loved one or for a friend.

The first uses again the Always and Forever set that I associated here with the Beautiful Blooms I set and its matching dies.

I stamped the heart on a scrap of white card stock, I coloured the flower with a colour pencil and I fussy cut it.

I die cut the small flower of the set 4 times then I stamped the flower in two colours using the second generation stamping technique.

I adhered the flowers and the heart on the double white card with glue dots and to finish I stamped a sentiment from the Simply Said Blocks III set that I foam mounted.

For my second card, I used the Big & Bold Love set together with the Background Blocks Nautical Stripes and the Background Blocks Scattered Hearts sets.

First I scored two lines on the double white card and I used the Background Blocks Scattered Hearts set on the left part of the scored lines.

On a piece of white card stock, I stamped the striped heart and I fussy cut it. Then, on another piece of card stock I stamped the Background Blocks Nautical Stripes that I die cut with a heart shape.

To finish, I stamped the sentiment and some tiny hearts on the double card and I adhered the two striped hearts with glue dots.

That's all for me today. Thanks so much for stopping by. Take care and give your Uniko's products some love !
